  I've had an old radiator with a little pin puncture, I wanted it to be replaced with double panel.

  Good chap, communicative, done an excellent job, asked me several questions to be sure we are doing what is expected, asked me to review his work and whether I am happy with the outcome, gave some tips on maintenance as well, highly recommended. Would be great if he would collect and dispose old radiator but I guess you can't have it all.
