  Very disappointing

  I had a very disappointing experience with Mills & Mills Landscaping. I advertised a job on Checkatrade to build a water feature at my house, and John from the company contacted me expressing interest in doing the work. He visited my property twice to inspect the site and discuss the project in detail. We agreed on a price but then John completely stopped responding. I tried contacting him several times through phone calls and messages but received no reply. Being ignored after agreeing on a job is a job is extremely unprofessional.This behaviour is unacceptable and disrespectful.
