  Communication was excellent from the start and he was incredibly helpful when liaising with the Network Power engineers. He arrived promptly to review the planned work and, after discussing the setup, quickly identified a much simpler way to complete the job. His experience and professionalism saved a significant amount of time and cost compared to the original plan. Terry was happy to get the work done there and then, and the quality of the job was outstanding. Reliable, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be more pleased
