  Tumble dryer running cold

  Our tumble was tumbling the clothes but they came out cold and wet! Glyn responded very quickly and came to check it. He confirmed that the heating element was testing sound but one the overheat sensors was faulty. He ordered a replacement sensor, which was a lot cheaper than a heating element, and came back and fitted it promptly. We now have dry socks! Our experience of Glyn was that he was polite, thorough and tidy in his work, took trouble to explain and completed the job as quickly as possible for a reasonable price.
