  Initial visit was very positive, but no follow-up :-(

  Martha and Mourat visited to assess the garden and were professional and helpful during the appointment. They offered useful advice on the work required, took measurements, and said they would follow up with a quote and timeframe. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to contact them afterwards, I did not receive any response. I’m not sure what happened, but I was disappointed as I had a good initial impression. This lack of communication was unexpected and has not been my experience with other companies.

  Exceptional Professionalism and Genuine Care @@@

  Gabriel installed an outdoor tap and hose in my garden, and I’m extremely happy with the result. He was professional, punctual, and very clear in his communication. What really impressed me was his character — discreet, respectful, and genuinely kind. I live alone and have a mobility disability, and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout. He explained everything clearly and even gave me advice on how to protect the tap during winter. The work was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left spotless. I would absolutely highly recommend him.
