  Very poor service. Couldn't diagnose problem with boiler. Advised which fuel nozzle to get for quicker repair as advised they couldn't diagnose fault without doing a service. I purchased part (which turned out to be the wrong one). Office forgot to phone back to sort soonest visit, charged me £90 for doing nothing then quoted over £200 for service before a diagnosis. I wouldn't recommend using this company for any boiler problems unless you want to get shafted. I got a new fuel pump and service with a knowledgeable company.
