  Arrived on time and in a clean van for the quotation visit. First impressions are important and this was a good one. Olsi listened to what I wanted done but then came up with some alternatives that more suited our needs. Work was completed on schedule and to a good standard. Olsi arranged for a skip and tidied up after the work. Would happily use again.
