  Sam recently did some work for me, trimming back and shaping a very high, tough difficult hedge. I am happy to report that he has done an excellent job, leaving me with a hedge that is beautifully neat and tidy. I found Sam to be a extremely pleasant, cheerful young man, who listened carefully to my requirements, asked appropriate questions and made useful suggestions.
