  Dalan was quick to reply to my enquiry, came to visit and provided a quote for removing 1980s cavity wall insulation, adding new cavity wall insulation, and adding extra insulation into the loft. He was able to arrange installation within 10 days, and kept me informed of the schedule at every stage.
