  Good tradesman but take care to discuss what you are getting

  Pleasant and efficient, and a nice guy, but inadequate discussion of pros and cons of EV charger he installed. The resulting smart charger is far too sophisticated ( and expensive) and is causing huge problems linking with my car. I really just needed a straightforward charger to let the car do the clever stuff. I now have real problems
