  Matt took the time to thoroughly assess my period property, carefully checking all the relevant factors before providing a quote. Other tradespeople came to quote as well, but none were as detailed in their inspection—despite quoting a similar price. That gave me real confidence that Matt was someone who takes pride in doing things properly and ensuring every detail is considered. The work was completed efficiently over a day and a half, and communication throughout was clear, transparent, and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt to others.
