  Downstairs lights had issues.

  My elderly parents were the customer. I had arranged for my sister to be present too. The contractor arrived within the time I requested. He was polite and took his time to explain what he would do. He carried out all necessary checks and found some issues with the light switches, which he resolved. He then checked the actual ceiling lights in both the sitting and dining room to make sure they were safe. He also recommended that we use LED lights instead of traditional light bulbs. As we didn't have those bulbs in the house, he had some available in his vehicle, so replaced the bulbs too.
