  Happy with the End Result Despite Minor Hiccups

  We recently had our resin driveway completed and are very pleased with the final result—it’s made a big difference to the look of our home. There were a few hiccups during the process, but he made a genuine effort to address them and accommodate our expectations. He was hardworking, approachable, and committed to delivering a good finish. We appreciate the effort he put in and are very happy with the outcome.

  Poor Workmanship and Unfulfilled Promises

  The finish was uneven with messy edges, paint on skirting boards and carpet, and poor attention to detail. Windows were left stuck and had unpainted lines despite claims they were opened. Ceiling cracks reappeared within 2 days. He repeatedly asked for payments during the job, changed terms about paint costs, and failed to complete promised extras. He also promised to return to fix issues but never did. Overall, disappointing, unprofessional with poor-quality results.
