  Incredibly responsive and his service was great

  Arif was amazing. Within minutes of posting my job for a blocked kitchen drain, he called offering to visit within the hour to do a free site survey. Note, this was a Sunday morning - no additional weekend charge. He was exceptionally polite & courteous. Dead on time. He put shoe protectors on before entering our house, which I thought very considerate. After carefully listening to the issue & inspecting the drains he correctly diagnosed a simple blockage which within 45 mins was cleared with a mechanical rod. Price was v. reasonable. Glad to add him to my list of trade contacts.
