  Ground level lowering

  I had Charlie from M Drummond to come over to lower the front ground level on my property as my airbricks were obstructed because of it. He lowered it as much as he could and was honest telling me if he lowers it anymore because the ground is uneven water would actually pool in those areas and it would lead to worse drainage and standing water. I liked the fact that he was honest & reliable and I have some other work around the house which I will be using him for. I have also recommended to my cousin. Good to find honest builders.
