The whole experience from quote to the last day of the fitting was seamless and super helpful. James took his time and explained everything in the quote. He offered to get things too which was helpful, offered advice at the buying stage and was on hand to check things throughout the week. All the staff were respectful and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and have done an amazing job. The tidiness, professionalism and workmanship was top quality and I'd highly recommend JK to anyone looking for a bathroom refurb.
