  Low water pressure

  I paid a call out fee for a water pressure investigation. Following the visit, when asking further questions before proceeding, I was told the system was a combi boiler. The property actually has a system boiler with an unvented hot water cylinder. As this is a fundamental part of the system, it meant I no longer had confidence in the diagnosis provided and decided not to proceed with the recommended work. I then had to pay for further assessments from others. I requested a refund of the call out fee due to the system being misidentified, but this was refused.
