  leaking shower causing ceiling damage to the kitchen ceiling downstairs.

  Jacob got in touch within 30 mins and arranged a time and day to come and see what was required for the job ,he came on the day and time he had agreed ,Jacob explained what the problem was and fixed it there and then ,which I was over the moon with as I was on the verge of ripping the PVC cladding off my shower cubicle to see where it was leaking ,he reassured us that we should have no more problems but if we need him to contact him ,what a friendly, helpful and professional plumber Jacob is ,we will definitely recommend him to family and friends.Thank you Jacob .
