  Replacing shower cartridge to stop a leak

  Keshav was really helpful and friendly. Diagnosed the issue and provided a quote ahead of time and arrived quickly to sort it. He tried to get the genuine part from old stock to save me some money. The job became unexpectedly challenging due to a stripped screw, but he went out of his way to help resolve it at no extra cost. Very reliable, communicative and a high quality of work. Really recommend and will use again
