  Fixed issue quickly, good comms throughout

  Overall very happy with the work that Pete did - we had a window that had jammed open, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly, replacing a locking mechanism so we can now shut the window. Pete responded very quickly to the job request and good communication throughout. He provided a quote and reconfirmed it before starting the job so no surprises.
