  Posted the job on checkatrade. Got a really fast response from Feri on a Sunday night. He kindly agreed to undertake the work the next day, gave a time and stuck to it. Arrived as promised, did the work quickly and was polite and efficient. Price was exactly as quoted. A really easy experience in what was a stressful situation. Thank you very much. Will use again in future.
