  Failure to follow up on re-build problem

  Having had the work completed and given a good review I am now changing my opinion. As advised by Austin Construction I should wait 3 days prior to re fitting the original metal gate. Upon the 3 day period and fitting the gate the 2 brackets in the re-built wall were not secured and the gate could not be fitted. I sent an EMail and left a phone message to report this. This is the 4th day and no response yet
