  my shower was leaking from the trap/waste. issue was identified, and resolved.

  Very efficient, came round on a Sunday almost immediately after calling. worked quickly to identify the issue, and resolved it without needing any additional parts, to help keep the costs down. was very thorough in cleaning up after, highly recommended.
