  Excellent experience. Replies were very prompt, easy to book in and received a text the day before confirming details and expected time. Turned up exactly when they said they would, provided advice for using our log burner to its best potential and left the area exceptionally clean. Full invoice provided and advised they would contact us in 12 months to book in next service. Would highly recommend
