  prompt response to my initial request. A quote was provided quite quickly and subsequent communication around attendance etc was good. When he attended he dealt with the job quickly and effeciently. I asked him to do a small additional job whilst he was there and he did. I thought the price for the second job could have been a bit cheaper as he was there but on the whole he did a good job at a reasonable price and I was very satisfied.
