  Communication was excellent, I was kept in the loop about everything from the get go and I was booked in quickly. The work didn’t take long to complete at all. Iain and his apprentice were both very knowledgeable, polite and prepared. They explained everything to me as the work was going on. They left the house really tidy afterwards too. I am very pleased with the end result, exactly what I was looking for 😊 Thank you!
