  Just OK....

  Firstly I would like to say that Ali is a lovely chap, clear communication and response to the job. Came out on a Sunday initially to add a Hot water pressure pump. Didn't work. Came out again, had to pay more, different pump. Didn't work. Next step was a suggestion that he remove part of a plasterboard wall to move the pump. I drew the line at this and just called it a day. £280.00 (after a token £50 refund) out of pocket and no further than I started. I think if I had water flowing from a leak, yes I might use Boiler Assures, but it wasn't right for this particular job.
