  Leaking roof

  Lee was able to inspect the area around back gutter of chimney using ladders safely, without the need for more expensive scaffolding. He assessed the potential issues where water ingress was occurring and repositioned some of the tiles. Lee went the extra mile and provided an informative video explaining some of the issues which was very helpful. Lee is also helping investigate another issue with another property where we have a problem with interstitial condensation on a warm roof. He is helping provide a plan to do the necessary remedial work. I feel confident that he will be able to help.
