  Problem solved promptly, very friendly and informative service

  We had a problem with our main radiator not functioning. After exhausting all options we felt comfortable with carrying out, we reached out to Nicholas at Right Flow on Sunday morning. Straight away we got a response and were booked in for Monday. Nicholas was able to identify the issue with the radiator quickly, and explained how the problem had occurred. He also explained how to avoid the issue again as well as some insight into how the communal hot water network works in our apartment. Was happy to answer any questions we had, very friendly and informative service and much appreciated!
