8 Good service overall, but some communication gaps on the day

I had good communication with the admin team when arranging the job - they made a clear effort to understand the requirements in advance, which I appreciated. However, the team who arrived didn’t seem fully briefed on the details, and there were some language barriers that made communication on the day a bit challenging. That said, they were polite, willing, and ultimately completed the job as agreed. There were a couple of minor marks left on one wall, but nothing major.
