  Awful. Do not trust with high value items.

  I was moved by Perfect Group in October 2025 under their so-called 'Gold Package', arranged through ICAB. What was marketed as a premium, stress-free move turned out to be careless, unprofessional, and frankly negligent. Irreplaceable furniture to the value of over £8,400 was damaged and Perfect Group have ignored all emails and passed me onto their insurers, even though it’s not an insurance matter. They refuse to engage. Meanwhile, their insurers are unlawfully relying on terms and conditions from a previous 2024 move to claim I’m only entitled to £200 compensation. Avoid like the plague.
